What is up with all the key word usage in auction titles today like, Pre-Owned, Nearly New, and Brnd New??

I noticed the same thing. Probably has to do with search results. This pre-owned is about to drive me crazy. Makes me think of buying a car.

It's listed as a must add item on new listings as noted by the little red asterisk. But if you ignore it you can still post without it. Some people must not have tried like I did.
