Mike Ditka/Brian Urlacher auto helmets...good deal?

Got a lead on two signed Riddell Proline helmets. One is a signed throwback helmet signed by Ditka with added "HOF" and "ROY" Inscriptions. The other is a signed Urlacher with "Brian Urlacher Authentics" sticker. This is modern style VSR helmet.
Again, both Proline. Guy is asking $375 for both. Seems like a good deal to me.
Thoughts?

Have they been authenticated? If not I wouldn't touch them.
No, but I know their history and that they're real. Breaks-down to like $188.00 each.

What can you get a BU helmet from BU Authentics? I love Ditka, but he has signed a lot and is still signing. I say of you like them that much and are good with the price, go for it.
