Autograph help - maybe Colts or Broncos..

Hey all - New guy here, but long time collector. I recently picked-up this ball locally and am wondering if anyone can help identify these. The ball is a Payton Manning edition and "2002" is written on it. I'm thinking it's from his Colts years and I'm close to Indianapolis, so I'm guessing that's where it's from.

So anything here or did some local boys just sign it? Any help is appreciated.
