Does anyone have info about these mini cards? I've never seen such a thing. Is it legit?

I would not call that card mini. I would call it microscopic as I can't see it. Joking.

Sorry, I could not resist. I don't a see photo of the card. What year and card company are you referring to?

mini cards and micro cards are most likely legit

Back in the hobby after hibernating for many years... Collector from the overproduced years of 1986+
