New updates to ebay user agreement

Honestly I don't always read the ebay user agreements updates as carefully as I should. However, for the latest round that is kicking in, I just noticed a particular line item that stands out pretty surprisingly:

"We may automatically renew your fixed-price listings unless your listing sells out or you cancel your listing."

It does not seem right to me that we should have to specifically cancel listings as opposed to having to opt into auto renewal like before. IMO there is a significant difference in that distinction.
