Which mint makes better quality Uncirculated?

I was thinking of buying some President dollars and Kennedy Halves from the mint and wanted to know what mint makes the better quality Philadelphia or Denver? Thanks for your help .

The coins are the same quality from both mints, it's how they're handled which makes the difference. Bagged coins tend to have a lot of marks, rolled coins may be better but the rolling machines are known to make marks, and Mint Sets usually have the best quality coins.
