Two Questions about Card Sizes and Errors
I need a little help with card sizes. I'm back to this new from the 90's before these memorabilia cards were around. I bought some Puckett's I didn't get in the mid 90's and picked up a 2007 Ultimate Collection America's Pastime Memorabilia Patches card(on net). Love the card, but I didn't realize it was different than a regular card in thickness. Its hard to tell over the internet, though I did wonder if some cards were bigger(but then I wondered how they were in packs if they were bigger, and erroneously concluded they were probably the same size). So, do you have to "know the product" to know which memorabilia cards are the same size/thickness of standard cards? Is it just types of cards? Are most cards with pieces of a bat or jersey regular size(the "Cooperstown Calling" series card I bought was standard)? Any help on this would be much appreciated.
Secondly, anyone know how to contact a card manufacturer and report an error? I found birthdate errors on two 2016 & 2017 cards. And will they send me a free gift for finding the error?
Thanks!
Jimmy C.
I actively collect Kirby Puckett. I have collections of Michael Jordan, Emmitt Smith, Roberto Clemente, Dwight Gooden, Tom Seaver, Errict Rhett and Evan Longoria.

Sorry cannot help with the first part. Card manufacturer's contact info can be found with a Google search. If uncorrected, the errors will have not have any additional value. I think the world as a whole stopped handing out free gifts sometime in the 50's. I used to like finding errors and then continuing to keep checking cards I pulled later to see if they would correct it.
