Edgemarked / Hallmarked Franklin Mint, .999 FS (Fine Silver), 1969, serial number 0229
Approximately 27.9 grams (just under an ounce) of .999 pure silver.
In original plastic octagon cointainer style case
Really pretty thin copper tone band around obverse edge
Virtually flawless, cameo black & white (click on images for larger pictures. Chatter in the fields is only a photographic ghost of the case). Call it Proof 68+
This is an extremely scarce, high quality, early, pure silver Franklin Mint issue with a very low serial number.
