Black spots on 1958 Proof coins. Help.

I am fairly new to the hobby. I wanted to know if anyone can recommend a way to get these black spots off some silver proof coins from 1958 proof sets without hurting the value of the coin? I wanted them to be graded at some point. If anyone can recommend a method and a cleaning product I would really be thankful.

sounds like they could be carbon spots, most likely permanent. I will defer to the more knowledgeable. Pics would be beneficial.

You can try dipping them off (http://www.wizardcoinsupply.com/product/e-z-est-jeweluster-coin-cleaner-5-ounce.html), but they may not completely disappear.
