I think that could cross to 8 as long as it measures right. Since it is not an overly valuable card/grade you may as well crack it out then to not allow them any bias. But I think it could cross in holder.

I see a 7 there. I love to find vintage cards in old SCD holders and crack 'em out. Good luck if you sub.

I agree you may have a better shot at getting the grade your looking for by cracking it out. It has a shot at an 8, but I think it is a long shot.
