One of the things I disagree with.

Any normal card having an additional border around it, not consistent to being part of the actual card, would be deemed not worthy of grading/trimmed/whatever. So where does it say those having a Zakk Wylde skill set in splicing 'around' the normal borders of a card still allow the card to be deemed a 10 ? Is the art of perfect 50/50 border cutting around the card actually considered with these ?

Gather though the 'hand cut' notation does keep something like this far less valuable than if the Clemente itself was cut out and got the 10.

Still though....
