I sent in my first submission and it was received on 4/11. Any insight on how long it usually takes to hear something? Just curious. Thanks

1) depends on the level of service you selected
2) there are estimated times on the website. don't hold them to face value as many have commented recently that they are running behind.
Be patient and enjoy the ride!

Thanks for the reply. I did know about the estimated times, I guess I was more wondering if others were experiencing delays. I guess I should have been more patient because I got the email about an hour after I posted.

I was 50/50 on the $5 being cleaned. But over all it's about what I expected.
