Not a cathedral medal, but his only synagogue medal, of the Cologne Synagogue. Not everyone can do this, but if you cross your eyes until the "center" image snaps into place, you'll be able to see the relief of the medal. It helps to concentrate on a single reference point in the image while doing this. I probably should have separated the left and right image a little more than I did, which would exaggerate the relief a little more.
Edit: Click on the pictures to get a larger, sharper image, and it looks a lot better.
