Saturday Night Rip

Ripped a 1985 tops baseball rack box tonight. Any chance of a 10 in this bunch?

McGwire looks slightly tilty but maybe still within spec compared to some others out there that are 10's. Take a look at the right side edge just above his shoulder; that might knock it down. Lower left corner looks to be less than perfect on zoom but might be good enough.

Orel's edge chipping on the right side especially at the same height as his name will keep that from having a chance.

Images of other 10's for the Roger shows that they will potentially let the amount of misaligned registration in the Red Sox rectangle on yours slide and still slab it Gem if the rest of it checks out.

Due to left edge, I see the left KP as a 9 vs. possible 10 on the right one.

Nice breakdown miwlvrn. I like knowing why cards don't line up to potential grades. Great feedback indeed.

Thanks, good points. Will probably end up subbing the RC, MMC and the KP on right at some point.
