Say Hey Hologram on Willie Mays Items

I have noticed that there seems to be a flood of Willie Mays autographed items with the Say Hey Hologram on them. In fact, the price now for a "The Catch" photo signed my "Willie Mays" with that hologram is $25. I spoke with Kris at JSA and he says they won't touch them anymore. Interestingly, he said this in a sports shop full of these in frames. Does anyone know where they are coming from? Can you order these out of China or something?
