1998 P Jefferson nickel lamination error

I need help identifying the scratch marks on this 1998 P nickel.....I believe they are a lamination error but cannot find very many examples for comparison...any info will help! Thank you!

    Your nickel is badly damaged - PMD (post-minting damage)

    It's not an error coin of any type, 'Im sorry to say.

    Everything you see on it occurred after it was in circulation.
    It's been 'machined', at a minimum.
