1984 Topps Fun Bag - Fake or Real?!

Hello, newly listed on eBay is a 1984 Topps Fun Bag, with 1984 Hockey and Football packs inside. I've never heard of or seen such a fun bag. I also asked Steve Hart from BBCE, and he was dumbfounded too. Has anybody seen this before, or is this a fake? I didn't think Topps made fun bags past 1982. Also, it's in a bag that is dated "1981" and sold for $3.00 - which doesn't make sense, since the 1982 Fun Bag costs $5, so not sure why a later year would drop in price. Is that a Michael Jackson pack on top right under the "N"? Sure looks like it. If so, I believe those came out in 1984 as well.
No idea if it's real. Odd that product is in a 1981 bag with 70's pricing.
I guess we could ask the seller the bag measurements to see if it was resealed.
