I have about 30; I'm considering; but I'll start with these for now.

Looks like a 7 to me

IMO, that Niekro might pass the centering requirements for a 7, but if it is in an 8 holder it would also have an OC qualifier to get it there, so it should stay as is. Mathews scan is a little out of focus, but looks like edge chipping in the lower left may be why it is a 6? As for the Braves Team, I'd suggest comparing yours with this one and seeing how much difference there seems to be:

None of these cards stand out to me and say "Review Me" or "Crack Me" for a bump.

On these three cards, I would say save your money.

All look accurate to me

Unless you're convinced there is something obviously wrong with the grade... I see no reason to even consider resubmitting a card slabbed in a new holo holder. It's either been reviewed already or has been recently graded by a bunch of graders working against the current "standards".

The Matthews is the only one that I think would have a shot and it would be a long one at that with the scratching on the black border just under his name. Really hard to tell how good the corners look on your scans as that would be a huge factor in determining for me whether or not to try and bump or crack and resubmit.
