Is There A Published Turnaround Time for Mech Errors?

Just curious. For some reason I thought mechanical errors were a 7-10 day kind of thing, that's my recollection from past experience. I have one that was logged March 29, that's pushing 18 days.

My last mechanical error sub took about a month, as I recall.I don't believe I've ever seen a published turnaround time for them.
Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
I don't believe there is a published turnaround time for mechanical errors.
