All mine were in the Detroit area.
NBA......... Pistons at the Palace 1989-90 era.
MLB ........ Tiger Stadium. Friend wanted to see Ken Griffey play. Early nineties.
NHL......... Joe Louis.....early Steve Yzerman era. Mid 80's if memory serves.
NFL..........Hapless Lions at Silver Dome late 80's.
For last generation the closest pro field, park, arena has been two hours away.
Have traded live sports for geriatric rock concerts.

NBA......76ers at the Spectrum in Phila., 1986. I recall Manute Bol played on the other team.
MLB......Wrigley Field, 2015 for a three game series vs the Orioles. Trip of a lifetime.
NHL......Buffalo, this year vs the Blues. Great atmosphere.
NFL.......Buffalo, 2015 vs the Cowboys. Last regular season game of the year. Rough place.

NBA-1984 Trailblazers, at the "Rose Garden". MLB-2011 Rangers in Arlington. NFL-0. (Did attend USFL in 1985 in Tempe,Az. Sun Devil Stadium. IIRC saw New Jersey Generals play Az. Outlaws) NHL-0. Just college/minor league hockey.
Herschel Walker was on the Generals if memory serves.
Baseball - 2014 in Houston
Football - 1997 Chargers at Denver
Basketball - When Shaq played for the Suns and they visited San Antonio (don't know the year)
Hockey - 2009/10 Avalanche at Dallas

Oh, I'm done with the NFL. I didn't watch any games last season (except for the last 5-10 minutes of the Super Bowl), and I won't watch any in the future.
As far as I'm concerned, the NFL can go f&#$ themselves!

this past January we went to Gund/Quicken Loans Arena to watch the Cavs vs. OKC. the Cavs are the Cavs and Westbrook is special.
MLB - 2 weeks ago, Yankees at Orioles - I'm good for one or 2 games a year at Oriole Park
NBA - This past winter, Clippers at Wizards - First NBA game in decades - took my son who is a big fan
NFL - Last fall Raiders at Ravens - I usually go to a game every year or two
NHL - More than 3 decades - I used to be a big Flyers fan (in New York). I fell out after one of the strikes or lockouts and never found my way back - not out of anger, just lost interest.
MLB- two years ago at Safeco
NBA- never
NHL- never (no NHL in the Puget Sound)
NFL- 10 years or so. I stopped because a Seahawks ticket holder when my oldest was born
I prefer to spend my money on rock concerts.
