Error Set/Reprint Confirmed: 2017 Topps Throwback Thursday Set #8

Topps has just confirmed they will be reprinting the limited edition 60th anniversary 2017 Throwback Thursday set #8 which featured Bryant, Seager, Harper, Lindor, Beltre and Betts in the look of the 1957 Topps. However all of the player images printed over the white border giving a unique but strange look to the cards. There were only 615 sets printed. Check out the error cards.

    Will PSA grade both versions?

    I honestly don't see why they wouldn't.

    I just asked Joe Orlando, PSA President and this was what he said in response to PSA grading the error cards, "Only if they are documented in the hobby (appear in other publications/credible websites, identified by Topps, etc.). This is to ensure that it is not an uncorrected error, that people care, etc."

    I have purchased every set of the throwback Thursday cards since they started producing them last year. In my opinion they are very underrated and great to collect. I thought they strayed from the original design but figured oh well. Was very surprised to get an email saying they were shipping me a correct set which should arrive next week.
