1883o Morgan dollar VAM 1C1 proof-like MS64

I bought an 1883o Morgan dollar VAM 1C1 proof-like which has the buffed reverse graded MS64 by PCGS on Ebay for $540 thinking I have gotten a good deal. VAM World list this coin as the highest known grade for a proof for this VAM. An experienced coin dealer that I have known for years told me that since the coin is not a very interesting VAM the coin is worth only $200. Is the coin dealer right? Does anyone know how much this coin is worth? The dealer has offered to sell the coin to me for $353.50 but I already have the coin packaged up and ready to be shipped back to the seller.
