You should go to the Testing Forum here and try posting it... if it doesn't post right for you, try copying your list to a word processing program first... then posting it into the forum? The testing forum will allow you to play around until it looks right to you. Welcome and good luck!

If your excel spread sheet is in pdf format, just use the 2nd from right icon (attach file) above a text box (looks like an 8-1/2 X 11 page with upper right corner folded over) for pasting a file to the text box.
