That one is NOT the 1969-S Doubled Die Obverse Lincoln Cent.
It appears your coin has strike doubling, which is common and does not add much, if any, value.

so not worth sending to pcgs to get it looked at probably
Definitely not worth it on this one. Just compare the photos of the one that is the real variety, and see for yourself.

On the "big" and valuable doubled dies, the rule of thumb is that if you have to ask if it is the Big one, it most likely isn't.
The real deal will jump out at you and will get your heart racing for sure!
