Best grade with centering issues, 87 opening day bonds

Not knowing this issue well enough, I saw a REALLY sharp copy..I didnt realize centering was so awful!

What do we think would be the highest grade at PSA?

Probably PSA 8 as well. L/R looks good but too much border up top.

Always looking for 1993-1999 Baseball Finest Refractors and1994 Football Finest Refractors.

I would think it has a good shot at a PSA 8 looking at the subgrades.
