SGC Autograph Authentication - Number not Verifying

Hi, I'm interested in the signature on this card but I'm not getting the autograph to verify at SGC. sgccard.com/AutoCertLookup.aspx
Am I putting in the wrong number? I've tried them all.

    I would say ask on their message board but there hasn't been a post there in over a week..
    I know the number on the right is the submission number with this being the 14 line entry so I would imagine the left one is the one that should get the verification?

    I randomly tried one from EBay and it worked so something isn't right with that left number

    I emailed SGC this morning and Matt Clark from SGC was kind enough to reply. The number was missing from the database and has been added. Thanks for the help guys.
