OT Help: Looking to build a professional webstore, SEO, web design, et cetera

I've been researching, on and off, during the past couple years on how to build a webstore for my antiquarian book business. I tried sites like shopify, wix, and godaddy - but the "easy-to-build" sites, for me, are not so easy to put together (and maintenance is a whole other issue, not to mention SEO).
So, I accepted that I can't build a site on my own - and maintaining it is impossible due to time - so I gave up on the idea altogether until recently - my fiancee's business has taken off and we are now looking for a company who can build and maintain a professional webstore while offering top-of-the-line SEO services. Can anybody here offer suggestions?
Thanks in advance,
Patrick

Completely off topic, but since you are antiquarian book seller you might be interested in this Japanese show about (what else?) an antiquarian book seller. I'm a big fan of the show. crunchyroll.com/antiquarian-bookshop-biblias-case-files
