Bulk Submission & Strike Designations question

I wont be able to get an answer from Customer Service until Monday (and I don't trust their answers half the time anyway).

One is only allowed to specify one minimum grade.

So if one specifies a minimum grade of MS64FBL, will PCGS holder the MS65 and MS66 coins that are not FBL?

Or will they only holder the MS64FBL, MS65FBL and MS66FBL?

No guesses please. I am looking for answers, not speculation. :)

    I put 64fbl and 65 both and it works just fine.
    Never tried to have only FBL's. Not sure if you can.

    If we minimum grade MS66FB or MS66FS, they holder anything higher.. ms67/ms67FB/ms68/ms68FB
