Accidental purchases--what have you bought and ended up happy with?

I was ordering off a mailing list and inadvertently swapped in the date of a coin I was interested in as the item number. Somehow missed the error in my sent email, in the return confirmation AND didn't notice the invoice total was too low. So, for $29 this arrived--not only would it have been silly to send it back, it was so cool I didn't want to.

The only drawback is that now I have two British death medals which is dangerously close to a new collection theme.

So what you gotten by mistake and like?
