Posting pictures from iPad

I'm using an iPhone to photograph my coins and then using an iPad to post them on this forum. I'm able to post pictures but they're too big and distorted. How do I make them smaller? When I use the photo icon I'm able to access my photo gallery and select and post photos but I can't adjust the size.

Perhaps this will help someone else. I'm using an iPhone to take pictures, then I'm using the photoshop express app on my iPad to edit the pictures. When I was uploading edited pictures from my photo gallery they were too big for this forum. The photoshop express app doesn't have resizing capabilities. Another app, Image size, allowed me to resize the picture and now when I post, the picture is smaller with much less distortion. I certainly don't have the greatest pictures in the world but not too bad for an iPhone and iPad. And both of these apps are free.

Where do we access the photos we download here?

I'm accessing my photos from my iPads photo gallery. I'm clicking the photo icon above on far right and then clicking choose files and it takes me to the iPad photo gallery.

And the coin is really that ugly and worn. The coin is from Ecuador where American currency is used. Dollar bills are relatively rare and these widely circulate.

How are you cropping the coins in black? I have been trying to figure out how to do that on the iphone and ipad.
