    I have been fortunate to have met a number of HOFers. Just about all of them have been great. Got to meet my boyhood hero, frank thomas two years ago. Very nice guy. Took his time any chatted a bit. Pedro Martinez is also a fun guy to be around.

    In 1999, I was lucky enough to enjoy a trolley ride around cooperstown sitting next to Bob feller. Very interesting, opinionated man. I wish I had a recording of that ride as many details have been forgotten.

    George Brett, Roger Clemens and Tommy Brady.

    Great post Craig, particularly the Bob Feller interaction.

    Not a whole bunch here. Early 1990's former Tiger Pat Sheridan had recently left baseball and was getting into horse racing. He was a friend of a friend and I spoke to him him often at the track. Quite talkative and generous with his time.

    Ran into a few of the Pistons at a Windsor strip club a few decades back.....but different sport.
