Pop up add keeps telling me this site is not secure?

Has anyone else had this? Is there any way to stop the add? Very annoying.

    I had this same message for a while this afternoon. I shut down and restarted my laptop and it still was there. I just got back online now and it seems to be "back to normal." I have no idea what was causing it, but it was annoying!

    Secure Certificate expired today, it's fine now so I guess it was renewed
