It could just be that they don't sell much on eBay? Or, given the 3 negs the person has, maybe they had some medical issues and couldn't deliver. It seems like you'd be protected on this sale if you pay with Paypal.
What are the odds on that? Nothing for quite a while then this $1000 item pops up?

Sketchy....3 negs, all sales around $10, note not certified, doesn't answer emails, and now a $1000 item appears....why would you say sketchy?
