I'm thinking a PSA 6 at best and worse case would be altered/trimmed. It has some print issues with the black dots on his cheek along with some snow. Looks like the top border in the center part has a slight bend to it which might cause it to grade below a 6. What really concerns me is the top border. If you look at the back you can see some bright white color which seems unusual and it looks wavy which would indicate an attempt at a trim job. It might just be the scan. Good luck and hope it grades well for you.
Leaning towards trimmed.

Just noticed some yellow on his nose. Can't tell if it is normal print issue or an actual mark.
Note the fish eye in "S". "Acne" specks on his right cheek/eye. Snow on his jersey/in his hair. 2 greenish/blue specks to his right in right side of card. So a 6.
Verdict: PSA 6
What would make the card oc?
