Review questions for 9 in a 10 holder

I have a 79 Earl Campbell Psa 9 that I just bought and I keep looking it over..... I really think it is a 10 in a 9 holder. So I have read so many threads here about sending in for a review multiple times in hopes of different reviewers to see if it will bump. Any tips on this process? I don't regularly submit to psa and have never done a review. Thx

So is it a 9 in a 10 holder or a 10 in a 9 holder?!?! I'm confused!!

A PSA 9 that appears to be as nice a card as a PSA 10. C'mon, keep up, David!
I have bumped a number of PSA 9s to PSA 10 over the years. You can sub it under regular service or under a special, if you are a member.

Lol.... maybe the title gets more views this way!! How many times do you send in for a review before you give up though?
If you truly believe it is bump worthy, I would try at least twice.

Sometimes it can take 4-5 tries.

I would scan and post on here. You could then get some bump opinions.
