Is this cleaned? 1921 morgan

If I have to ask then it's probably yes, but all the pawn shop talk lately inspired me to seek out one and look around. I found this in a group of other obviously cleaned morgans. If I had to guess I would say it was cleaned many years ago? A natural? tone like milky sort of is starting in.

Yes. Its been incorrectly dipped and possibly polished a little and is now a details coin.
