I did the same about three weeks ago --- Hello FireStick, Goodbye Cable TV!!
As often as Netflix raises their prices, it will soon catch up with cable.

There are a ton of Roku channels that are free , and there are apparently hidden Roku channels as well that you have to find on the internet first
