Bill Jones started a very interesting thread. If it go poofed for some reason, let's start over.
The gist of the discussion was the lack of original AU coins in the marketplace. Here's my XF-45 that I bought from Doug Winter. This coin did not pass muster at CAC.

Do threads temporarily disappear when the author opens them for editing?
I don't think so. You would just see the unedited version of the post until you refresh the page.
I've seen harmless threads seemingly disappear for a time which is why i asked.
