Value of PCGS board of experts

Have people here gotten a lot of help by the experts on PCGS' board? Just asking how to communicate with these experts as I get a little shy when dealing with the leaders in a field like this.

    I wouldn't try to get in touch with them through PCGS.
    I would think that if you tried to communicate with each of them through their individual businesses you'd have success.

    It is an impressive group of experts, how many people here communicate with them frequently? I would think that that would be the purpose of putting them out there so visibly like representative government.
