A scam in the making
no doubt the buyer will be someone that will pair that up with a reprint and have it up on eBay. They no doubt will get bids for 500+ on it too.
graded correctly at least.
top border is trimmed.
"There's a sucker born every minute" is a phrase closely associated with P. T. Barnum, an American showman of the mid-19th century. I am high bidder.
Never let the historical facts get in the way of a good story ....

I think this is a good case for PSA to not send flips unless they are encapsulated in with legit cards. I'm sure this happens a lot.
And the phrase "Never give a sucker an even break" is attributed to W.C. Fields. Perhaps this is what the poster was referring to.
Now go out and find me a T206 Wagner altered PSA reject please!!!!

The seller asked me for a 60% lower price discount on a one of a kind item on ebay and he got really mad when I politely said no thank you.
Worst thing is that he will try the card as authentic. Being an a**hole x 2 as the flip with help sell a reprint or counterfeit
