What is the WEIRDEST / CREEPIEST thing in your collection?
It isn't always about mega high end auto/patch cards. When you collect long enough, you run into so weird stuff!
I wrote about these items before, but these are probably my two weirdest items ever. I did NOT pick these up by themselves, as I likely wouldn't have bought them separately. They were in a lot with some other things I wanted. That's my story, and I'm sticking to it!
This bear was Canseco daughter’s bear. He is wearing a Canseco jersey. I put in a candy wrapper in a holder on his lap to show another cool collectible. It says “HERESHEIS” instead of “HERSHEYS” and on the back it talked about the mom and dad being Jose & Jessica Canseco.
I got this before Josie ended up being a big time model. Now that she is a public figure, I guess it makes it slightly more cool, and slightly less creepy!
This is a statue made by some artists with some fairly decent notoriety. One of their pieces of Shaq was up on ebay for $150. This particular piece is not just special because it is of Jose, his first wife Esther and their dogs. It was actually the statue given to them as a wedding gift.
So anyway, those are my weird / creepy collection items. What do you have?

I once did a thread on the "ugliest" thing - but "creepy/weird" is also a good one to ponder.
The LL Rittgers chalk ware sold somewhere from 1941 to 56 or so.
I've had this one for years - all of the sports statues are kinda creepy IMO.
Sadly, the other 9 have been sold. I've got to hand it to them all, they had strange tastes, though I couldn't put a finger on why. Thumbs up to them for sure!
Re: Tri-Cards, yup thanks for showing though! I am missing 1 or 2 of them still.
Those are mega cool! Add some horror music in the background while showing them, and you've got yourself a major creep fest.
Wierdest thing for me......we were at a Rays - Red Sox game in Tampa many years ago and Pedro pitched a whale of a game. At the end of the game, we were right along the railing which separates the low seats from the dugout itself. Pedro was wiping his face with a towel and when finished, he threw it to the ground as he walked out of the dugout.
Of course, my next move was to ask the batboy walking around to pick up the towel and hand it to me - which he did.
Still haven't washed it either!

Pedro is my favorite pitcher ever, so that is awesome! One time I got his autograph on a first date with a girl. I spent the first 4 innings texting all my friends to tell me about it. She was a good sport, enough that I thought she was a keeper. In the end she wasn't. Ha.
I wonder If Luis Gonzalez's gum is still on display in some guy's home

When Jonathon Lucroy was still with the Brewers, he would come on a sports radio show once a week for interviews. At the end of the season, he sent the host (Mike WIckett, now on a regular talk show in Kansas City) a cup that he signed. Lucroy inscribed it "game used" GAHHHHHHH. I know there was a pic of it online that the station posted, but I couldn't find it.
I have a signed, inscribed business card from the Phillies team doctor who treated Cal Ripken's broken nose, shortly after it was broken prior to the 1996 All Star Game

Or maybe it's this item?
Back in the late 1980's/early 1990's, I'd run a classified ad in Cal's hometown newspaper every so often and got a decent amount of responses (was able to pick up a run of HS Yearbooks, etc). One response was from a woman, who went to school with Cal and sold me her 3rd & 5th Grade class photos. The neat thing was that back at the time, she wrote the children's names in her class on the back of each photo in pencil and for Cal, she wrote "Calvin"
This is the 3rd Grade photo:
