Packaging for PCGS Show Submission

I am going to the ANA show next month and plan to submit 20 coins to PCGS. Can someone share with me how to package them for a show submission (not for a walk thru, but to send back to California). I know how to put them in the proper flips and label each coin, but what then? I was thinking of using an old blue PCGS box, but thought to ask many of you who take submissions to shows and ask.

If you're dropping them off at a show I'd just bring in a pile of coins in flips. After that, it's their problem if they put them in a box or not. They take care of them right at the table....Rubber band or box with paperwork attached.

If I was you I'd make a bee-line to Harry labstains table and get discount grading.
Why would there be discount grading at Harry's table? Help a confused person, LOL
I'd get them in today's mail- send express and express grading. It's a little more expensive but ultimately worth it in the end.
Go to hlrc.com and click "services". He submits on your behalf at dealers discounted rates.
I wonder how long the whole process takes with them? Send the coins to the dealer, wait for him to send to PCGS, PCGS sends back to dealer, he offers to buy them from you if he wants some, then finally, the coins arrive back to you. The express level at $39 is good but it might take 3 or 4 weeks anyway, sending through this dealer?
I might try it just for the fun of it.
Harry did this for me a year or two ago, at a show (so no shipping fee to him). He uses your return shipping address so the coins are sent directly to you, not him.
Of course he gets notice when the grades post. And the order stays in his PCGS record, not yours. But if you have enough coins it can be a nice savings.

I would put them with paperwork in an envelope or box just like I was going to mail them. It will be easier to carry with less chance of losing one. Once there they will open and check paperwork, payment, etc. and take over from there. Why do you want to take to them next month rather than mail? save on shipping/insurance?
