PCGS Vouchers

I didn't receive a voucher with my membership renewal package. When submitting, do we just cite on the form the voucher number received via email?

The email with your membership contains the number you put on the form. They no longer send vouchers

I have an 8 coin voucher from last July it is dated.

I believe this is one of the last vouchers mailed out. I remember reading that vouchers would not be mailed anymore shortly after I renewed but I got a paper voucher anyway.

Maybe I should just keep it and "slab" it at some point in the future as a rare collectible?

Good question and I'm glad you asked.
I'll be in the same boat my next submission.

  • If your PCGS account has an email address on-file (valid or not), you will not receive a physical voucher in the mail. You will receive a welcome email along with your voucher number at the time of purchase or renewal.

If you ever do not receive a physical voucher or an email with the voucher number, you can always call or email Customer Service to request your voucher number. The voucher number, expiration date and remaining number of coins can be verified by Customer Service in our internal system.
