    I suspect it depends on which ones.

    The maker is not the primary consideration for most of what PCGS grades. Their service is more relevant to whether the item is cataloged in the reference publications that they use for authentication.
    Medals authenticated and graded by PCGS must appear in the following references:

    Whitehead and Hoag issued the WIlson Inaugural medal in 1913. I know there are others that are significant that I suspect PCGS may grade
