Good Fitting Plastic Bags for PSA Slabs

I recall there being a discussion a few years back about a seller on eBay who had these and exactly how much to make a "best offer" for to get them for the least amount of dough. I can't find it despite searching, anyone recall who/what/when?

  • Do they handle the newer, thicker PSA slabs ok? Difficult to get the slab in?

If they don't, I found these bags from clearbags.com that I really like...

Looks like they have SGC sleeves, regular size. But they're out of stock and none included in the sample pack. So I don't know if that means they're discontinued. I'd get in touch with them, here are their details from the website:

Got a order in the mail today. Very nice. My wife even thought so. LOL Happy with this purchase, recommended.

I have finally tried these out, they fit fantastically and alleviate the bunching up of the back plastic when trying to fold the adhesive side over - this was the biggest hassle of bags I've used previously. I'll be buying these from now on.

After persuading him to make the Tall Boy size, the next thing I want are T3 ones, but I'm guessing that's going to be a harder sell...

If you got him to make these tall boy sleeves hive yourself a raise.....

Picked up a medley of these and must say they are pretty bomb, although some had fold creases in them which annoyed. But everything in pelican cases are getting sleeved

I ordered the premium PSA holders, BGS holders, PSA jersey/swatch holders and PSA tall boy holders and am very pleased. Cards fit well.

Went ahead and submitted a new order this morning for enough PSA premium and PSA jersey/swatch holders to last me a few years.

intialD, I messaged you regarding Richard from perfectfitsleeves. Take a look at your messages. He reached out to me wondering if it was me who posted about receiving the sleeves that had some fold/creases in them. I told him no and that I was very happy with mine and he asked me to reach out to you so he can make it right. I have to say that I am impressed that they were concerned enough to randomly ask customers they thought might have had a problem. Good luck and let me know how it turns out for you.

Received my sleeves today. As others have stated, very impressed. I will be replacing all my slabbed cards in the Ultra Pro sleeves with these.

THanks for the heads up fellas, I did send Richard a message and told him it wasn't a big deal.
Actually lining up another order as I have already rifled through the first batch.
Does the length of the backflap overlapping the card on the reverse bother anyone as far as scanning goes?
    It's probably just me ;)

I usually wipe down my slabs, scan front/back, and then bag them as I purchase. So this is not a concern for me.

I have to say that if you have tall-boy slabs these fit just as good as the regular size sleeves for PSA cards. Thought I would never find a good fitting tall-boy sleeve. Never had so much fun putting sleeves on.

I'm buying some slab-renew and a bunch or these for my large PSA holders (tallboy). I have a number of these in my collection that I've purchased which are scratched all to heck. Excited about those days being over.

I agree, it's perhaps the only detail that could be improved upon.
(either it just came out that length b/c it did, or if it is a deliberate length, maybe it's b/c they discovered if it was shorter it wouldn't pull over as tightly and hold as reliably?)

This doesn't bother me but if it could be placed where it is more on the seam between the card and flip than over the card it would be nice for the people who want to scan in-bag.

The one thing I would change is somehow remove the static cling effect of that little strip that covers the adhesive on the back flap. I got a laugh when I watched the product videos because the creator had the same problem while he was demonstrating. I felt a lot better knowing it wasn't just me.

    Hey Nate,

Check out this video. This should help solve the static problem. I was very happy when I found out about this as I have been finding these all over the floor. Hope this helps.

Most of the slabs I have were purchased. Many have scratches and I've even had some of the few cards I subbed come with scratches from PSA. The tallboy slabs are the worst, since they don't fit anything they often look like they've been sliding around in a drawer full of keys. Would much rather remove a few scratches than have to reholder a bunch of cards. WAY more cost effective.
