Crossover Results with TrueViews

ModCrewmanModCrewman Posts: 4,027 ✭✭✭✭✭

Last month I sent in 3 coins for a cross-over, my first ever cross-over attempt. I'd say I did pretty darn good...and I just love the TrueView's of toned coins. I was surprised by the grade on the 1955 Franklin.

1957 Proof Washington - Formerly small holder ANACS 65 CAM, now PR66 CAM.

1957 Proof Franklin - Formerly small holder ANACS 65 CAM, now PR67 CAM.

1955 Proof Franklin - Formerly small holder ANACS 65 CAM, now PR66 DCAM.

Thanks, it looks like success rates have dropped to around 30%, maybe with the special now?

    So what have we learned?
ANACS small holders just might be graded conservatively.

    Congrats on your crossovers.
I don't often see CAM & DCAM with such nice toning.
    Beautiful coins.

Nice! Were these alphanumeric, 6 digit, or 7 digit old anacs?

Nicely done! Beautiful coins. I, too, have had some good luck with old ANACS small holders.
