Thoughts on this Octavian Denarius?

I have had this coin for a while (4 years) and it is the result of a few newbie mistakes on my part. From what I have learned so far from owning the coin it appears to be a Denarius of Octavian when he was much younger on the obverse. The reverse shows a temple dedicated to Julius Caesar. I am not sure what it is worth or if it would even be worth selling as I am unfortunately not interested in older greek coins anymore. Thoughts?

Also sorry about the poor quality of my photos.
My phone camera is very old at this point.
Howdy and welcome. I recognize you from WUS! Someone else should be around shortly to give you more information.
In honor of the memory of Cpl. Michael E. Thompson
Can you try and take better pics? There is known fakes of these. The coin isn't rare but scarce. It's also Roman denarius, not Greek.
Here are some pictures that I think are a little better.
Hope these help.
They are, thank you.
And sadly, it's a fake. There is too much pitting and the details are way too soft.
Letters should be sharper as should the figures.
To give you a better idea.

Oh well...thats a shame.
Several years back I was told by the seller it was due to water damage.
I assumed the poor condition was a sign that it was from age.
I guess I can keep it as a badge of a rookie mistake.
Thank you very much for the help regardless!
No problem. Sorry it turned out to be a fake. Even if it was porous or had much wear, some portions of it would still be sharp. It's just too mushy to be real.
It happens, i've had my share of fakes cross my path.
It's too bad you've had it for so long, otherwise you could send it back. Hopefully you weren't out 3 figure$ for it.
I believe I obtained it from eBay for around $200-$300, can't remember.
The account had great reviews and was around for several years which is why I trusted them.
I no longer use eBay to shop for coins. Instead I either shop the local coin shops or go to coin shows.
