Explain "retiring" a registry set....

As many of you know I just sold my Commemorative set. I have seen the retire feature and don't know what it really means. Can someone explain? Can I retire my set so I can still view it and the pictures?

If you retire your set it shows a little R for Retired but you can still see it. Basically, it no longer competes for any of the top rankings, though. Yes you can still see the photos.

As long as it is 90% complete, you can retire it. (I think it is 90%). If you edit the set, you will see the "Retire Set and Retire Set & Inventory" links just above the the ranking area. Looks like you want to retire the set and inventory as you sold it.
