Questions on Russian mint set and British farthings

Anyone know what this set is? Is it an after market set? Any info appreciated.
Ignoring all the green stuff, which isn't really all that noticeable in hand, what grade would you give this 1822 Farthing.
Is this an 1865/2 farthing?

Looks like an original 1991 Leningrad Mint Set. Not particularly scarce, but definitely neat!

Is it in Krause? I couldn't find it.

Not sure about Krause, but check to see if all of them have a mintmark.

There's a letter above the "P" in CCCP on all the coins.

ajaan ... it looks like you are a lonely farthing collector.
VF on the farthing, but would net down quite a bit likely when sold. Overdate status I will pass on, just don't know these like the silver.
Well, just Love coins, period.
Some of the earlier sets from Mezhnumismatika have some decent value, particularly if they are in different colours in the packaging. particularly the 1975.
Looks like you need a little acetone to get rid of the mudge.
I have the farthing soaking now.
