May pick up a couple of these no clue if there is a value and if so what. You would collect ten then mail in to get a Cabinet Size Mounted photo. See file with coupons of off to the side of front and back.

I realize this is a super old thread, but just saw this in the unanswered section. I wonder what year this is from.

I did come across on eBay a Pinkerton card that's PSA certified from a state capital series that's pretty cool.
